We take your privacy very seriously.  Rest assured there is absolutely NO risk to any of your personal information ever being given out or hacked.  This is why we ask you to place a call to us when ordering.

*We ship via UPS or United States Postal Service. When placing your order, Dan and Julie will work with you to ship to your location in the quickest and lowest cost method.  If you have a preference between UPS and USPS, please specify upon order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY HANDCRAFTED PIPE TO ARRIVE?

We ship our handmade pipes out promptly that day or next, depending on the time of order.

We ship via UPS or USPS.

With UPS, we charge according to your zip code area.  All time in transit is determined by guidelines set forth by United Parcel Service. To figure out time in transit via United Parcel service, please check with UPS. www.ups.com

* UPS Notes:   Most orders are sent by UPS Ground unless you have asked for Next Day, 2-day and 3-day orders.
 Please call us by 1 pm for us to send out that day.
UPS only delivers on business days (no holidays or weekends). UPS 2nd Day Air means your package will be delivered 2 business days after the day it was shipped.
UPS 3 Day Select means your package will be delivered 3 business days after the day it was shipped.
UPS may deliver your package as late as 8: pm (This happens most all the time during the holidays.)
