I discovered J.M. Boswell's
handcrafted pipes and tobaccos in 1998 and soon came to the conclusion
that, despite the fact I live in Southern California, I'd be a fool to

service. Think back to
your last visit to the tobacco shop/gift boutique in your local
shopping mall and recall the service you received.
Did the clerk know anything about pipes or tobacco? The answer is probably not.
Yet, Boswell's shop is very different.
Whether you're visiting in person, making a telephone order, or
shopping from their web site, you receive the full benefit of their
knowledge and are treated like a prized customer.
In short, J.M. Boswell offers fine pipes, great tobacco, and
old-fashioned customer service.
As a pipe smoker, you can't ask for anything more.
